Internet is destroying creativity says author – Daily Telegraph

Irvine Welsh says that the internet and e-readers are “destroying” creativity.  The author of, amongst others, Trainspotting explained that the digital world had “stalled” the digital process. He made the point that creativity must be an “analogue thing” whereas the digital world is “about promotion and marketing”,meaning ideas do not have a chance to grow and develop properly.
